I had a FANTASTIC experience at Reflections Dental Spa. Dr. Thomas was pleasant, competent, easy to talk to, and most of all....ETHICAL! Something I have found lacking in previous dentists lately. The staff was friendly and helpful. A great experience! I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone who wants a honest dentist who won't try to rip them off!

Reflections Dental Spa was the best dental experience I have ever had. It was such a pleasure to have foot warmers, a neck warmer, lotion gloves, aroma therapy, healing music, and OMG, that relaxing massage chair. I almost forgot that I was having a dental procedure. I have always been terrified of the Dental experience, but Dr. Thomas and her amazing staff and the 'spa' experience really turned me around. From Jamie at the front desk and her always perky attitude and smile in her voice to the relaxation room where you sit in a lounge/massage chair and have wonderful refreshments offered, while you await your turn to see Dr. Thomas, it all adds to the over all experience. I was terrified of going to the dentist. So scared in fact that it prevented me from going to the dentist for years!!! But Dr. Thomas is AMAZING!!! GENTLE, CARING, and KIND!! Her staff is awesome as well. I came her because of the great reviews.Well, Dr.Thomas is WONDERFUL. I had chipped my two front teeth and I was so worried that they would look "fake" when I got them fixed.Dr.Thomas did an awesome job.No one could tell they looked so natural. The staff is so friendly and warm. Everytime I go they offer me a beverage, a massage chair, and T.V

They even hand me a pair of dark glasses to wear so the dr's bright light doesn't hurt my eyes.They use some very state of the art technology in there too.The best part is that the doctor tries to be the least invasive on your teeth.She likes to save as much as your natural tooth, unlike other dentist that do costly unnecessary procedures. -- Aurora H.

It's FINALLY enjoyable to see the dentist! This place is unreal including massage chairs, soft music, neck warmers, incense & tons of other goodies to help you relax during your entire appointment. Not only has Dr. Deepthy given me great cleanings and check ups, but has gone above and beyond every time to address all of my concerns with my teeth giving me completely successful recommendations. Everyone is totally friendly and welcoming every time. I continue to refer all my friends and clients here each chance I get. ...and yes they accept insurance :)

I have to say I have not been to the dentist in years. I found Reflections online while looking for soeone who practices "spa dentistry". I hate the dentist, I love the spa. All that changed for me as soon as I booked my appointment. The receptionist was friendly and offered to call my insurence provider to see what was covered and then called me back to answer all my questions. When I showed up today I was greeted as a client and treated to the best dental experiences of my life. I was ushered into a relaxation room to sit in the massage chair and then I was taken into an aromatherapy dental room where I was given hand softening gloves and a neck warmer. My dentist came in and introduced herself and explained in detail what she was going to do and what shape my teeth were in.

I then checked out with my ipod and eye pillow while Dr. Thomas cleaned my teeth with so much care. After everything was over I was given a thank you goodie bag with spa stuff in it. I have to go back there next week for a filling and I can't wait! This was a much needed day of pampering, definately worth my 40 minute drive to San Ramon. I highly recommend Reflections to anyone looking for a special place to go for dental services. All spa services are complementary and they do not charge more than any other dentist. My insurence covered everything. Parking in easy right in front but beware it is hard to get to that side of the street. -- Ginger E.
